Fresher civil engineers start working from 20k-40k. Vastly experienced civil engineers can earn over 1 lakh per month. Chances of getting job as civil engineering is also increasing as many huge projects are being started and government is showing interest in implementing better policies for foreign direct investments.

MemberApril 20, 2019 at 11:24 am in reply to: Chances of getting job after BBS (Scope of BBS / BBA)The job market is really changing from knowledge-based to skills based hiring. So no matter what business degree you have if you gain soft skills like communication, leadership etc you can find a good position. Knowledge of subject matter is also important equally.
So with right set of skills and knowledge of the subject, you can find good job after completing BBS. Since fresh graduates will be applying for junior level positions, skills are more important than knowledge and what degree you carry. For highly technical positions like auditing and book keeping, you need to work on the technical knowledge side more.
In summary, the scope of BBS or BBA depends more on what other extra skills and traits you carry with yourself.

There is no proper plans and wage/salary policies to nurses like many other professions. The other fact is there is high demand of nurse but CMA ,ANM are still working as Nurse thus there is no difference between Staff Nurse, B.sc, BN nurse. There is very limited scope for Nursing manager, Nursing Researcher,Nursing Administrator , Nursing Scientist in Nepal.
Many Nurses or nursing students plan to move abroad so they don’t complain much about the exploitation of their labor by hospitals since most see their jobs as temporary. Hospitals, doctors, Nursing colleges are making tons of money but their backbone; nurses are always underpaid and not given much importance and recognition they deserve. This is the sad part about Nursing in Nepal.
Talking about job prospects, it is relatively easy to find a job since turnover is high and many nurses move abroad leaving positions vacant for new applicants. The scope of nursing be it Bsc Nursing, staff nurse, BN is increasing with increase in number of hospitals, care homes and clinics.
