By completing CA from India, you can get auditing License. There is a MOU between CA board of India (ICAI) and CA board of Nepal (ICAN) , so Indian CA get much more recognition in Nepal than before after that. Also, doing CA from India is more recognized in abroad than doing CA from Nepal. ACCA and CA from other countries than India means you can work in all the sectors and have same knowledge like that of CA from Nepal and India but cannot do audit in Nepal since ICAN doesn’t give auditing License to ACCAs and member of other professional accountancy bodies. Hmm.. The license exam for share broker is stopped in Nepal since ages. There are around 50 brokers who got license when there was exam many years back. Currently, you can’t study or give exams for stock broker in Nepal. Maybe once the brokers become too old or many of them die, then government might declare another examination for share brokers. But this doesn’t seem to happen soon.

You must mass Bachelor’s level in Science or Management or Education in order to get admission in LLB. No other special requirements. This is a 3 years course and has a lots of scope. So if you are interested in law and legal studies, don’t think twice, just get admission in Nepal Law Campus if you are in Kathmandu or any TU colleges that conduct the LLB course in your area. The main plus point of studying LLB at Nepal Law campus is that you get to hang out and interact with so many other fellow law students and the campus itself has a great LAWish environment (Pure law, and nothing else). Hope you are getting what I am trying to say. The cost to get admission is around 8000 rupees as of 2074 BS . This cost will cover the tuition fee for 1 year and exam fees as well. The books and other stuffs are easily available on the book stalls in-front of the college and nearby areas. I have also heard that there are DVDs of lectures by professors which can be bought but I have never seen or found out one.
