A Bank Branch Manager in Nepal typically earns around NRS 50,000 per month. Managers with branched in Kathmandu and cities earn around 80,000-1,00,000 while small branch managers have a salary of about 40,000-60,000. Salaries range from Nrs 40,000 (lowest) to NRs1,50,000 (highest). .Apart from basic salary, managers also get benefits like housing, transportation, loan facility and PF contribution from Banks.
CEO makes Nrs 1 lakh to Nrs 12 Lakhs depending on the bank. I think highest paid CEO is of Standard Chartered Bank currently. Also heard Anil Shah earned 16lakh per month when he was in Mega Bank.

Here is my observation of salary of Chartered Accountants in Nepal. As everyone already mentioned that it is very much subjective and depends on a lot of things. But these figures give a general idea of how much CAs are paid.
Private Firms: Starting Nrs 50,000
Nepal Rastra Bank: They recruit at level 9 which is higher than adhikrit. Salaty starts 50,000+ but I am not sure.
Multinational companies: Starting Nrs 1 lakh
INGOs: Starting Nrs 50,000 to 1.5 lakh (One of my sister works in INGO and her salary is Nrs 80,000 and she gets 2 days leave in a week. She has experience of 2 years)
