  IT/Software engineering or BPH/B. Pharmacy

  Hello, I want to study Software engineering after graduating from +2 science but I chose biology as major in +2. Also, I lost a year (after +2) after not getting proper guidance and my family’s financial condition. I know, I am going to lose another year as I have missed all the scholarship entrance chances. Is there any chance to get enroll in Bachelor of IT or Software engineering with scholarship as a bio student? Or should I join BPH (my 2nd option)? If there is no chance to get a full scholarship now, please suggest me which course should I take in Bachelor with the cheapest cost? My interest is in following majors.
  1) IT/Software engineering
  2) BPH/B. Pharmacy
