  best Engineering college in Nepal other than Pulchowk Engineering college

  Which is the best Engineering College in Nepal? I mean by cost, quality of teachers and all. Should I join any college or wait for next year to try for Pulchowk Engineering college? what will be the best choice because I think one full year to wait for another entrance exam for pulchowk will not be easy I guess.
