One of the most developed countries in the world, Australia is the globe’s 6th largest nation by area. The population of the country is very low. Only around twenty-three million people reside here. The country is home to raging rivers, pristine lakes, mesmerizing rain forests, tropical islands, majestic alps, and deserts. It also possesses some of the globe’s most breathtaking natural beauties like the largest coral reef system in the world ‘the Great Barrier Reef’, the Twelve Apostles, THE Bungle Bungles in Western Australia and the Ayers Rock.

Aussies are some of the friendliest, loving and accommodating people in the world. The climate here is moderate i.e in winter it is approximately 15ºC (59ºF) and is somewhat wet. In the summer the weather hovers around 30ºC.

Australia has became the 3rd most favoured destination for Nepalese students after USA and UK. There are many courses to join in Australia. The students are also permitted to do jobs while they are studying there so many Nepalese are attracted to study there.

Regarding scholarships, there are various scholarships provided by the Australian government and Universities. The Australia Awards Scholarships, Adelaide Scholarships International (ASI), CDU Vice-Chancellor’s International High Achievers Scholarships, IWC Scholarships for International Students, Melbourne Research Scholarships (MRS), Australian Government Research Training Program (AGRTP) International Scholarships at University of Flinders, Melbourne International Undergraduate Scholarships, etc.

For the details about the scholarship and how to apply it you check this link: http://edunepal.com/scholarships-in-australia/ You can also contact the educational consultancies for the application.

In general you need to fulfill the criteria that has been mentioned in the scholarship schemes and then apply for the scholarship. Some Universities take entrance or interview while some don’t. After being selected for it, you will get a confirmation letter for admission. Then you can apply for the visa.
