    I think the basic salary of jounior assistants in bank is around Nrs 15000 while senior assistants get around 25000. Some commercial banks pay 50000+ to branch managers. Apart from basic salary, bank staffs also get attractive benefits and bonuses. Many banks provide loan facility to its staffs after completing certain year of service.
