There are are almost 120 Scholarship seats provided by the Indian Embassy for Nepalese students to study MBA in Nepal. And surely there are some procedures to apply for the scholarships. Firstly you need to meet the criteria of applying for the scholarship in the MBA programme and the eligibility incorporates of being firstly a graduate and should have taken a compatible subject in the Bachelor’s Level. And the applicant needs to have gained at least 60% Marks in aggregate at the bachelor’s level from a recognized university/ Institute with a minimum of 60% marks in English in Class 12 and needs to be 30 years or less. And if the scholarship tests have been previously also appeared by the student they can’t appear it again.
And the examinations are usually held in November/December and the notice regarding the opening of applications for scholarship examinations is published in the national and local newspapers of our country. And the application needs to be submitted as usual before the deadline as mentioned in the newspaper notice. The Indian embassy at Nepal also advertises its notice on it s official website http://www.indianembassy.org.np and the students interested at the scholarships can submit their applications with the described instructions.
Whereas the selection is done by the embassy itself. They call for the interviews and the selection is directly based on the academic qualification and performance of the candidate on the interview.
