I am studying CAP II. One of my brother is doing Internship in one of the leading Audit firm in Kathmandu. He says he can tell the CA and help me to join the audit firm if I want. but since the internship before intermediate level doesnot count as the practical experience required by ICAN so will this be a good choice to join audit firm now. or will the 3 year compulsary training be sufficient for gaining knowledge and experience? My brother says the audit firm will give sufficient leave during exam times. My brother says I can take my studies and internship together. But I am confused. have anyone done this? or any suggestions regarding this. the audit firm is one of the top audit firm of Nepal with lots of diversified audit clients and clients outside kathmandu also. the exposure I will get will be very large which might help in my studies too. But I have also heard that doing work in audit field in Nepal is very different than what we study in books. I hope to get reply from my seniors.

Practically internship before completion of intermediate level is not relevant as it is not counted as the article ship. However one may join the audit firm but i do suggest not to do so.Till the completion of intermediate level a student should be focused on the book and the theoretical portion of the studies because you have no option but to opt for the article-ship after completion of the intermediate level.
