  Dependance visa for Australia

  i have seen many people goging to Australia on Fake dependence visa by paper marriage or fake marriage and gevorcing in Australia. What exactly is this process and is it 100% safe to do so. I have received an offer from one of our far related family member. Some prople say it is risky while some say it is the easiest way to get visa for australia. And is it true that Australia visa chances are high for couples than for Individuals? I am a BBA graudute (BBA-BI).
