Hi Satkar,
You need to know first that there are no airplane projects in Nepal and all we do is buy the aircraft required for us from the foreign countries. And to your surprise also there are no Aeronautical engineering colleges in Nepal that are currently in the conducting position however Pulchowk Engineering Campus has proposed the subject to be conducted in future but it will take a lot of time for it. And if you are that much interested in the field of Aeronautical engineering it’s obvious you will need to see for the abroad studies or else choose something like the Mechanical engineering in Nepal only.
There are Airlines like the Buddha Air, yeti airlines, etc which require the maintenance engineers in limited amounts since the airplanes are not even that big. And the Aeronautical Engineers become of mostly no use because there are no good opportunities in Nepal for this. So if you want to study the Aeronautical engineering either apply for it in the abroad countries which are far more even best for this studies and also they have aircraft production companies which requires the Aeronautical Engineers in huge amount.
Or else there are many land suitable engineering options in Nepal. You could try for the Civil engineering And they even have good scopes in Nepal and good pay-scales too. I have many of my friends who are very good Civil Engineers and run several big projects in Nepal and work at good positions too. but if Nepal seems to make remarkable development in the Aircraft industry the Aeronautical Engineers would then have good futures in Nepal.
Hope you had a good information.
Good Luck for your Future… 🙂 🙂 🙂
