The job market is really changing from knowledge-based to skills based hiring. So no matter what business degree you have if you gain soft skills like communication, leadership etc you can find a good position. Knowledge of subject matter is also important equally.

Since fresh graduates will be applying for junior level positions, skills are more important than knowledge and what degree you carry.
