    An island country, New Zealand is situated in the Southwestern Pacific Ocean, comprising six hundred small islands and 2 major landmasses: North and South island. The word ‘Scenic’ is not enough to describe the distinctive and spectacular natural beauty of this country. Cited ‘the Paradise of the Pacific’ the country is home to rolling pasture land, majestic mountains, raging rivers, picturesque beaches, pristine lakes and active volcanic zones. It is sparsely populated and well developed.

    Why Study in New Zealand?
    In New Zealand there are eight universities funded by the state. They offer a wide range of programs:

    Cost of Living: Living cost is low in New Zealand in comparisons to other ‘A’ listed countries. It has a stable government and economy as well.

    Living cost is determined by the place you choose to reside and the lifestyle you adopt. It generally hovers around NZ$ 7,000 to NZ$ 12,000 per year. In New Zealand, you can find various accommodation options such as flats, house, and hostels.

    You will always have something to do: You should never worry about being bored because in New Zealand you will find plenty of things to do. You can relax on the beach; go for hiking or other adventurous sports.

    Easy Visa Process: Visa applying process is very easy and the best thing is you don’t get rejected right away. They provide you with the opportunity to put your point of view like, why you want to study there through a Statement of Purpose. Visas are barely rejected if you are qualified enough.

    Living and Studying Cost
    The tuition fees may vary depending on the university you will be studying, chosen program and level of education. If you think tuition fee is bit expensive and you are eligible to apply for the scholarships, you have that option too.

    An undergraduate program cost around NZ$ 18,000 to NZ$ 25,000 per year. For the postgraduate program, you might have to pay NZ$ 10,000 to NZ$ 30,000. In addition to the tuition fees, international students have to pay Overseas Students Health Covers and other various charges.

    After Submitting the Application
    In Nepal we don’t have New Zealand embassy, so your visa applications are processed in India. Processing time is eight to ten weeks. You might have to face a telephonic Interview.
