Hi Ruchi,
There’s nothing to really get confused about what to study after your +2 science. It’s the first priority what you wish in being. And yes the percentage matters sometimes but it’s not everything when you are all set and fully prepared for the various entrance examinations in Nepali Science field related institutions. And to your subject of concern Nepal really has no other colleges offering the Bachelors education in Physiotherapy. Most of the students are usually seen going to India or abroad to study this subject but it doesn’t imply that the Nepali Colleges are bad okay. They are good too.
And for getting into the education program you need to pass the entrance examinations set by the Kathmandu University or any other for seats in the KU affiliated Colleges.
And if you are thinking of studying the BPT studies at India an aggregate of 50% marks with the PCB and English would be enough for your admissions into this course program.
Physiotherapy has got scope in the recent times. And it’s not only in Nepal but everywhere around the globe. Physiotherapy is the study related to the treatment of different complexities in the physical working mechanism of the body organs and the ways of treating them through different exercise mechanisms customized for the patients. It’s not only for the patients but also for the people who want to stay fit and healthy and who want to stay efficient even in their delaying ages. Physiotherapists are hired by people ranging from the patients with the bone problems and the paralysis attacks to the people like athletes of different sports. They are able to perform well even in their delaying ages because they exercise properly on the suggestions of their Physiotherapists.
Apart from studying Physiotherapy, there are several other career options in the Agriculture, Veterinary, Fishery, Lab studies, Optometry, Radiology, Nursing.
And even if you feel like you can’t go for studying the science subjects with your marks you are free to change your stream and read subjects of the Management streams BHM, BTTM, BBA, or any other else. The horizons of study just don’t get limited in a single stream there are many choices for you to choose but before choosing listen to your instincts and do a lot of research first.
Good luck……
