Thank you Nabeena for clarifying this. I have read in Wikipedia that there is equivalency of ACCA as BBS of TU.I think it was given once and stopped now. Nepali education bujnai garo. ACCA members of Nepal are also seen not much caring about the equivalency. Almost all ACCA students join BBS for security reason so they might be not much interested about the equivalency between Tribhuwan university and ACCA.
