    Hey sudan,
Sanskrit is taken as a holy language in Nepal. If you want to study Sanskrit after SLC then Higher Secondary Educational Board (HSEB) offers diploma or plus 2 course in Sanskrit. You can study Sanskrit in any college mainly education focused college. And, if you are trying to study Sanskrit language after plus 2 (10 +2) then the good affiliation is Tribhuvan University. In Kathmandu, Trinity College, Kathmandu University (KU) etc offers Sanskrit Language course in Nepal. There is a nice scope of studying Sanskrit in Nepal because nowadays there are not so much ‘Pandit’ in Nepal as well as teachers to teach Sanskrit language. If you want to study Sanskrit from the basic Level then you can start it after SLC. And, if you want to study Sanskrit language from the very first beginning then there are few Aashrams in Nepal which can effectively help you to study Sanskrit language.
